Each product from Collectors ORB is made to order and fulfilled by Printful.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@locker369.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please report it within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim.
Wrong or Unclaimed Address
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery will be returned to Printful.
You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs after we confirm an updated address.
No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues
All items are custom-made, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please check size charts before ordering.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products like face masks cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Address
All returns go to Printful’s facility. Contact us before sending any items back so we can assist.
